We offer full refunds on all orders If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return your items at no cost within 14 days, please email contact@cassandrahone.com for a returns label or a scheduled pick-up.

 

Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and packaging. We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, once the return has been processed.

Returns that are damaged, stained, washed, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
